  1. You talk about people seeing Bridesmaids now and being disappointed, but for me, that isn’t the case. I saw it in theaters in August, with low expectations and high hopes. High hopes because everyone said it was good, low expectations because I thought the trailer sucked. Sure enough, I thought the movie was pretty bad. I don’t despise the film because of the hype, I despise it because it isn’t funny and the main character is annoying.

And guys, Pitt’s awesome in Se7en. You guys are crazy :P

Overall, good podcast. You guys had some really good picks. Always nice to hear people talk about how awesome Gosling was in Drive.

    • LOL. On Bridesmaids, I DID think it was you, probably because you were one of the ones I’ve seen just recently saying it wasn’t all that, but it wasn’t JUST you, Andy over at A Constant Visual Feast put out a recent review saying he was less than amazed. He had seen it recently, I must have combined you and he in my memory.

So, I guess even though I was wrong, you were right… you were certainly part of the “People” being referred to. LOL. :D

This must not have come across… I dont have a problem with Pitt in Seven. TANK does. I was just trying to be funny with my “What’s in the Box?” cause I make that joke a lot. Reflex. I mustn’t have jumped to his defense and thus it sounded like I agreed.

      The joys of podcasting.

Hey man, thanks for listening, and thanks for your feedback. It’s a lot of fun to do, and its great to know that people are out there, you know? So any comments you ever have man, let ‘em fly. :D

    • Thanks for the listen!!
      :D :D

Hey, Tanski said that Jacket was out there. I just know I wouldnt be able to pull it off! LOL

I wonder if it’s stain resistant. :D Gets a little bloody by the end!

  2. How could you not want to see the foreign “Girl ….” movies to find out why she’s the adult she has become, who is so “childlike” , as you both felt!?!? Really enjoy your podcasts!!!!

    • Thanks Connie. :D

Read the books? What the — Ian — READ? :D

Fincher will bring us the next couple in the next few years. The sequels are still on. I shall wait til then for two and three. Maybe I hold off on the 1st Swedish one for awhile too… but the pressssssssure is starting to get to me. LOL

      • Okay, after seeing the new Dragon Tattoo, I agree that you should wait for the sequel. It was a huge step up from the Swedish film. If Fincher is indeed doing the sequels, than just wait, because from what I’ve seen they will certainly be better than the Swedish ones (though to be fair, I haven’t seen Hornet’s nest yet).
