Hey everyone, what’s up? Here’s the latest and greatest episode of (title pending) for your listening enjoyment!
Tank and I cover both of last week’s new releases for you, with reviews of “Snitch” and ”Dark Skies”. Then it’s time to discuss the big topic of the week, this weekend’s Oscars! We discuss the show, the host, the winners, everything!
And finally, as if that wasn’t enough, before we discuss what’s coming up “On the Radar” we induct two new movies into the (title pending) Valhalla!
It’s a great episode and you won’t want to miss it! As always, you can download it directly, here, or search for us on iTunes or Stitcher radio by looking for (title pending) or Tank and Fogs!

OMFG I couldnt believe that steaming pile “Identity Thief” has made that much money! Love the ‘No Trope’ Fogs list, you need to write that up!! I would have to take exception on Paperman Tanks, Adam and Dog was better! Nice call on the Sugarman documentary! I still think best picture was crap per usual as mentioned before
Fun ‘cast guys.
Thanks Ric! I appreciate that. I’ll have to do that… off the top of my head, here’s a few LOL
No hanging off the edge of a cliff
No gun misfiring when pulling the trigger on someone point blank
No dying in someone’s arms
There’s more… I do have to write them down
Thanks for the listen!!
Now that what I am talking about!!! Bang – three right there. When you make this a FMR regular feature you can toss a tip to Ric
We got to get back on the OtE cast soon! You have been to long absent!
I know right. Have me on for a good movie next time though, will ya? I’m always the last resort because no one else goes to the crappy movies. LOL
Two great choices for Valhalla. Pulp Fiction is the definitive film of the 1990s. Everything else afterwards was influenced in some way by that movie, including for better or worse the resurrection of John Travolta. Likewise, the two Godfathers are the benchmarks for the 1970s. Imagine, two years apart, when sequels were usually cheap ass money grabs, coming up with a piece of art like Part ll. I’ll have to look in your archives for your words on these two Coppola masterpieces. I have opinions and stories that I can save for those posts. Let me be one of the listeners to volunteer a movie for Valhalla, since you had the discussion on the other post about Spielberg, I will have to say that the halls of the gods will echo hollow without an inclusion of the greatest adventure film ever made. It is a horror film, a drama, a comedy and an actors dream all at once, and to think it was only his second theatrical feature is amazing. Ignore the sequels because they are not worthy, and if you think the shark is the most frightening thing in the movie, listen to the Indianapolis monologue again.
Jaws? Hate to break your heart, buddy, but I inducted that one on the first ballot. LOL. Right now we have Godfather I, II, Jaws, Pulp Fiction, Raiders, Scarface and the Karate Kid (84).
I appreciate the volunterring though, and we’re still wide open… so… take another stab at it?
First Ballot, my faith in you is restored. I will think upon it and offer additional suggestions as appropriate.
Youre the man.
Another stellar episode gentlemen. I thought Seth Mcfarlane did a good job as host, and he made it more fun
Heh. Thanks Vern! Cant wait to do as you watch next week!
